LLM Law Group

Donald W. Garner established the LL. M. Law Group in 2003. Mr. Garner obtained his Master of International Law degree cum laude while on a Fulbright Scholarship for the European Union in 2001. While pursuing his LL. M. He wrote an award winning international trade treatise and was elected class president of the LL. M. Students. He obtained his Juris Doctor cum laude from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2000 where he served as Chief Justice of the Moot Court program.
