A++ company
In all my experience with them, I've had them out on different jobs and they are fair priced efficient .Every technician they have sent is courteous and knowledgeable in the job that was required.
Recently I've had them out to install a washer Mike was the technician that arrived with his assistant and they got the job done fast clean and efficient.
I can't say enough on how much I would recommend them.
From Molly who answers the phone answers all the silly questions and listens wonderfully to all the techs that do the work.

NEGATIVE rating
IN OUR OPINION OUTRAGEOUSLY PRICED.Called to get a quote on installed 5 toilets and fixing a small leak under the sink. They were very quick to dispatch a tech for an estimate and charging $49.995 for the privilege to give us a quote. I agreed.
The tech was diligent and took pics and then quoted us $3,700.00 to install 5 toilets and a strainer basket in the sink. We almost fell over and asked him to leave.
We called Home Depot and one of their certified companies quoted us $1,120.00 to do the same job. Guess who got the job NOT LAKE COOK PLUMBING. Maybe they are good but not work 3.5 times a Home Depot recommended company. NEGATIVE rating from us

Great experience!
We called them for a middle-of-the night leak in our basement from our water well pressure tank. They were very responsive and priced fair. Technicians are very competent with excellent customer service. We would definitely call them again and highly recommend the company to anyone. Value for Money
