I value each person that I work with - it as an honor that they choose to share their lives with me. My aim with everyone is to supply services that facilitate an improved level of functioning and contentment in their lives. My style as a clinician is relaxed. Our sessions should be a positive interaction, even if we're discussing difficult issues. Whether a therapist or a coach, my sessions tend to have more of a feeling of two people relaxing in my living room and having a conversation. It is my job to make you comfortable and safe so that we can resolve the issues that have brought you. I do not sit back quietly, but instead engage with you to create movement and change towards a positive outcome.
