Curvy Diva Chicago Pole Dancing

Experience the Curvy Diva difference. We keep the dance in Pole dance! We are not only about acrobatic stunts and tricks, you will learn to use the pole to actually dance rather than just use it for tricks. We aim to empower our students to embrace their own inner beauty and to utilize the pole as a way to express that beauty. The focus of our group classes is FITNESS! We incorporate yoga, pilates, strength training, cardio and exotic dance movements to build strength, flexibility, self confidence and overall fitness.
