Chadbourn Marcath was established in 1984 as a telecommunications consulting company. After working in 100's of call centers and at the urging of our customers, we launched Call Center Solutions, a suite of four ACD enhancement products in 1992. Today, we continue to provide management consulting services to the telecommunications industry and have licensed our software to other manufacturers, central offices and corporate customers. Unlike other 3rd party software developers, our products embody much of our management orientation. We are a responsive and feisty group of specialists who truly enjoy contributing to successful call center operations.
